We offer 60 or 75 minute sessions either in the Germantown office, Centreville office, or, if needed, in your home, hospital or nursing facility. Workshops and On-site seated massage are contracted on a per event basis.

On-site seated massage effectively relieves stress in the workplace by reducing muscle tension, calming the nervous system, and increasing circulation, which boosts energy and alertness.

Based on the work of William Sutherland, this style of Craniosacral Therapy is to resolve and integrate trauma by activating the self-healing potential located with the cerebrospinal fluid and allowing it to flow more freely. This light touch modality allows the nervous system to “de-stress”. It is unique in its ability to resolve trauma in the body and brain and improve functioning, i.e. better movement, quicker healing response time and subjective well-being. It can be used as a therapy by itself or combined with some other bodywork modalities very effectively.

On-site massage is a short, seated massage which:
- Comes to your workplace
- Lasts from 5 to 30 minutes, uses oil and takes place with the employee fully clothed.
- Usually covers the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands and can be adapted to special needs.
- Leaves employees feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to return to work.
- Uses a portable massage chair, designed for comfort and support and can be set up and dismantled quickly in almost any location.
